The Enniskillen Watersedge Apartments COVID-19 Health & Safety Promise
The COVID-19 pandemic hit our shores and saw us close our doors on the 20th March 2020, since then our doors have been closed for many months due to ongoing lockdowns.
We are actively monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 and taking into consideration recommended guidelines.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is of upmost priority and we will take all the necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare.
We are once again paving our way towards a safe reopening on the 30th April 2021. We are currently working very hard behind the scenes to ensure that during your next visit we are taking all possible steps to minimise any risks to you or our staff. We will continue to act quickly should we be required to do so and we will take all necessary precautions to protect the welfare of our guests and our staff.
We ask all our guests to observe high standards of personal hygiene whilst visiting the Enniskillen Watersedge Apartments. There are simple things you can do to help prevent the spread of the virus, including:
- Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze, and immediately sanitise your hands afterwards.
- Discarding of used tissues immediately.
- Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitiser gel.
- Avoid close unnecessary contact with people who are unwell.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
We have introduced the following steps to our COVID-19 Health & Safety Promise:
1. Flexible Booking Policy:
We have temporarily changed our cancellation policy to include a COVID-19 clause. Should you develop any COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you do not attempt to travel. Instead, we will offer you the option of changing the date of your reservation or holding your existing payment as credit against a future booking. Our cancellation notice is one week, if you cancel within this notice period you will be charged a minimum of one night. If you choose not to show up, the entire booking is charged. This does not apply to pre-paid / non-refundable rates.
2. Enhanced Safety & Cleanliness in Public Areas:
All our staff will be visible wearing face coverings whilst working in public areas. We would also ask that our visitors and guests wear face coverings indoors as per government advice. Please observe the Social Distancing Guidelines, they are there for your safety and that of our team members.
Hand sanitisers are available for our team members and guests use upon entry, please use these.
The team have also increased the frequency of decontamination and sanitisation throughout the apartments with the introduction of our new sanitising fog spray machine, which is used daily in all areas to ensure that it is sanitised with a COVID-19 sanitising cleaning product.
3. Stay & Explore at the Enniskillen Watersedge Apartments:
Our professional housekeeping team are provided with the PPE needed to keep them safe as they clean our public areas and sanitise and clean our apartments. Our team are trained in the best cleaning practices.
We use separate cleaning cloths in between each serviced apartment to ensure that there is no spread via cleaning materials. We also use COVID-19 approved cleaning products for all of our high touch areas to ensure that they are fully sanitised.
Our team do not re-enter our apartments after it has been fully cleaned, sanitised and double checked.
Our COVID-19 Health & Safety Promise will be reviewed regularly and will continue to be updated to provide all our customers with appropriate information.
