Our team will contact you prior to your arrival (minimum of 24 hours) to confirm your reservation, during this call we will take your £200.00 security deposit. This security deposit can be withheld in the event any of the following occurs:

• Damages to furniture, walls and any item within the apartment
• Loss of keys
• Smoking
• Damages made by pets up to and including damage to furniture / walls etc
• Noise complaints (including noise by pets). Guests are to be reminded that noise should be kept at a minimum after 11pm

The above list is not exhaustive and guests may be liable to further charges if applicable.

We would ask that guests dispose of their rubbish bins in the wooden bin area in the car park marked “Westville Apartments”, also if you could fill your dishwasher and leave the apartment in a respectful condition prior to departure.
